Had a minor whiskey throttle situation at Fox Valley Off Road today (4/19/14)
I was in a good groove and holding good speed (3rd gear 95% race pace). I caught up to a slower group of riders. They cut out of the singletrack early, so I got on the gas. Unfortunately caught my left bar on a tree, causing a chain reaction resulting in me being tossed into another tree, with my finger stuck between my bark busters & the tree. The crash also ripped a callous off my left hand and tweaked my right wrist.
Such is life. KTM is a hoot!
